A night of frightful fun!

Join us for a walkthrough theatrical event in Edgerton Park that is sure inspire your Halloween weekend! From witches to avenging harpies, to the delightfully gruesome, enjoy all the spookiest scenes of Shakespeare woven together by the nationally and locally beloved actors of the Elm Shakespeare's professional company. Not for the faint of heart (or those unstable on their feet) this fun filled 75-minute performance will take the audience through a haunted park for a spine tingling evening of trickery, treats and frightful fun!

Where’s my seat? Should I bring a chair?
This is a walk through performance, through the park.
No chairs are needed. Please wear comfortable shoes!

at the CLIFF STREET PARK ENTRANCE

Great Lawn in the Center of Edgerton Park

Enter at the CLIFF STREET ENTRANCE
Parking is along the streets just outside of the park, please do not drive into the park unless you have a Handicap Parking Tag

What about the weather?
We will not perform if its raining at the time of performance.
Weather cancellations will be posted by 5pm on this website and social media.

Special mobility needs?
This is an outdoor night-time walkthrough event. There is no seating available. Please contact us if you have mobility access concerns, so that we can ensure your experience is safe and enjoyable. Info@ElmShakespeare.org.

Bus:  J line (bus service usually ends before the performance ends)

Walk: Only 30 minutes from Yale University
Taxi: Uber, Lyft, Metro Taxi, Zipcar

Will there be restrooms?
Portable toilets are available on the Cliff Street side of the lawn near the Green House

Can I bring my pet?
Well-behaved, leashed pets are welcome.

Photography
Photography is prohibited.

Is there any food available?
No food vendors will be in attendance. 

Is the performance kid friendly?
This performance is recommended for children ages 8 and older. As this is a nighttime Halloween production, there will be sequences of simulated violence and scary supernatural monsters that are not intended for the youngest children.
